Sure signal box is not recognising new sim

I have two new Iphone 6 and neither will link to the sure signal box. Have waited a week, rebooted the sure signal box, deleted and re added users on the access to it but still nothing. Tried everything on here but nothing sems to work.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Thanks Kay.

 

After numerous call to vodafone. They had to push an update out to the box. Finally fixed but found that logging problems on the online system does not work as they are not being picked up by vodafone ad the only way of getting things solved is by persistant calling.
