Sure signal management via web page

When I try to manage sure signal via my account, there is a long pause, and then i get this page (has happened twice). Is there an issue with the site?:

OK, I hadn't realized that when I was trying to register to add my phone, a little box had appeared in the upper right hand corner of the page saying: 'Unfortunately this functionality is currently unavailable.'

So can you tell me when it will be available please? I've just had this device delivered, and I can't use it until I'm able to register. Any suggestions?

Been unavailable since 15:00 yesterday. I am in an area where reception is at best awful. Had phone stolen last Friday but now cannot use my new phone on my Sure Signal because Vodafone deleted EVERYTHING without telling me. I cannot register the new phone on my Sure Signal and i am about to say Au Reviuor after 25 years unless something is done to improve your customer service - over 2.5 hours on the phone last night (sitting outside to get a signal) and still you cannot fix things (or do you even know it is broken I wonder). The error message saying your are working on it is at best condescending; at worst untrue. I am also getting Oracle access manager errors and you are still using 11g - that was unsupported in 2010.

I am getting the same problem when trying tp register my wife's new phone. Bit ironic really as I just persuaded her to move from O2 to Vodafone to get a better signal via the sure signal!

The sure signal itself is working fine with my phone. Just can't get in to register another phone.

In the end my workaround, because it's a business account, was to go to my reseller, Evolve Telecom. They in turn liaised with the tech people at Vodafone to register my phone manually. It worked - but not everyone's in my situation! Once I did that, the site started working properly - so it seems to be down to it recognizing you as a legitimate Sure Signal customer....

I was promised a call back at 10:00 this morning - I am still waiting for that call at 13:06. I have complained via 'ask guy' ( the Chief Exec). They say they will contact me within 24 hours which is by 17:30 tonight. I won't hold my breath. In the meantime I have things working again through my own efforts (and nothing to do with Vodafone).

Voadafone's customer service is appalling - if you have an issue one person should own it and be your contact and not this run around of talking to India (they are only following scripts - I have been in a call centre in Delgi and watched what happens) and then the UK. I am afraid to say they get 0/10 for their customer care in my view.

I believe the abilty to register is now working again but I found that out myself and not through Vodafone.
