My sure signal was working fine until a few days ago. I have already unplugged and reset the device along with checked my firewall incase it has reset however it has the same settings as when it was working before.
My Setup when working (been working for at least 2 months)
- Sure signal plugged in up stairs
- Sure signal ethernet connected to a powerline network adapter (supports wifi)
- Powerline network adapter connected to router downstairs
My Setup when not working
- Same as above

I find the fact it hasn't been on your servers since 1st November pretty odd as I can easily tell when it is connected (apart from the lights on the SS) as my home is in a 0-1 bar area, and I get full signal with the SS which I get right up until the lights change and then the singal drops. After posting my comment yesterday I reset the SS and 30 minutes later or so had full signal and it is still fine today.
It seems that there are still issues with either the SS itself (I now have the new plug in one) or the server, or the solution?? Seems there are more people with problems than there are with positive feedback

I've upgraded my router and the Sure Signal 2 which worked before hasn't worked since.
I've been to the local Vodafone store for advice, asked for help via online chat, spoken to a technical adviser, and done all that was suggested about opening ports -- and still only the red power light.
Router: TP-Link Archer C7

It would be nice to get a working signal.

Hi jonty1625,
I’ve checked this again and it last connected this morning. Is everything working ok now?
MaartinC – A location move had been detected which would most likely be due to your router upgrade.
To fix this I simply changed the postcode to the one for our office here and then changed it back.
Please reset your Sure Signal as follows:
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button
Let me know how you get on.
Thanks,
Jenny

Afraid not - as I say in each post, it works fine for <24 hours and then the fault repeats itself. Broadband speed test shows 119mb download / 10.5mb upload which is pretty typical.

In my business office I have another SS (which also doesn't work - but this one just doesn't work at all) - I will try that at home over the weekend.

Thanks for the suggestion of resetting the SS.
Regrettably it made no difference to the service. The two white lights flash for a while and then give up, leaving just the red power light on.
Do you have any further ideas?
Thank you.
