since a few power issues recently my sure signal wont conenct, just a power light and a flashing first light.
what can i do if anything to get it sorted?

Hi iany,
Thanks for this information, everything looks fine with your traceroute.
I've done a resync for you, please do a reset to complete this process and let us know how you get on.
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

Hi iany
This could be your router as it may only allow one VPN connection at a time.
Also, VPN connections require high upload speeds, so your upload speed might be too slow to run two VPN connections at the same time.
I recommend you talk to your Internet Service Provider to discuss this further.

hi, just came back from a 2 week holiday and my sure signal isnt working properly
it was on 1 light only the power light as we had had a power cut
ive tried a factory reset and ive changed ethernet cable and still nothing after 24hrs
their is 3 lights on out of 4 - lights 1, 2 and 4
the serial no' is 21197142371
ping = 22ms
download speed = 24.29
upload speed = 12.98

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
