Sure signal not working with sky router

Router is Sagecom F@st2504n and has recognised the Sure Signal box as MAC address has been updated on the router and an IP address has been allocated. Still only flashing power light. Anybody had a similar problem, feels like something else needs setting up on the router

Do you have an upload speed greater than 1.5?

If not you need the old SS V1

The manual says need 1Mbps downstream and 300Kbps upstream, is that wrong?

Which version SS do you have, if it is V1 you should be OK, if it is the latest V3 "plug in" type you need more despite what the manual says, according to the Vodafone tecnician I was in touch with.

You would be better off calling 191 or 08700 700 191 and asking for technical help.

That is what I ended up doing after almost a month on this forum, now sorted.
