Sure signal not working

For some reason my SS is not working, correct lights are on but no signal on either phone. I have reset the SS a couple of time and it goes through the normal process but still no joy. Also tried changing its location but again no joy - any ideas??

Have you tried following all the steps in the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread.

You should be directed to a thread to post in, if not, post back here with the details required during troubleshooting.

I have already read the troubleshooting guides and carried out the recommended actions. I have had the SS for a long time and it was working gone until yesterday both phones work fine on 3G and were fine on the SS until yesterday. I can't do the change ownership thing as I don't know anyone with vodafone who would be able to do this.

Just completed another full reset & seems to have sorted it!
