Hi
For the last few days my sure signal has not been working. The first three lights are on but neither of my iphones are picking up 3G. I have tried multiple hard resets to no avail.

Your results are fine and your IP address is on our whitelist.
Check to make sure you’ve got the following ports open/forwarded on your router:

8 TCP UDP
50 TCP UDP

123 UDP
500 UDP

If they are, try a different Ethernet cable between your router and Sure Signal.
If this doesn’t help, try a factory reset of the unit:
