Reset button pressed; four lights come on
Keeping reset button pressed disconnect power for 10 seconds
Keeping reset button pressed reconnect power
Lights come on – power light flashes then second light flashes then third light flashes then fourth light flashes; power comes back on and stays on.

Hi Nicholas,
Although the power light appears to be indicating that you have power, you almost certainly have a degraded power supply and is not providing sufficient power for the Sure Signal to work.
If you require one, replacement power supplies are readily available from Amazon or Ebay and cost around £10-12 inc. delivery.

Thanks; brilliant. I had a replacement of same voltage, amps etc. to hand. Plugged it in and almost immediately everything working.
