Sure signal problem

I have just bought a sure signal 3 and connected it to my BT Hub 6

and its still not working after 24 hours!

the power light is on, the internet light is flashing

the cable has a steady green light and a flashing yellow light

any ideas ? thanks

Fixed today - vodafone discovered a technical glitch which caused "status pending" so no problem with smart hub at all phew!
