Sure signal reset

Hi just upgraded my phone to iPhone 5 and my sure signal needs resetting, I was on a call but it dropped as they updated my sim hence call lost.

Serial number is - 21227849284

Hi lee the other number is a friends number and they don't have the number anymore, so can be taken off.

I don't know anyone else on Vodafone so don't know anyone else that has a VSS box.

So what are you saying I may have a box that is faulty and out of warranty ?

Please advise what my options are ?

Hi Kerry,

Thanks for posting back. If you're testing the Sure Signal on a friend or relatives broadband connection, they don't have to be a Vodafone customer. It just helps to see if it's a fault with the unit or if it's a setting with your ISP.

If your warranty has expired, you can still arrange for a repair in store or on 191. Similar to a phone, the repair centre will assess what's wrong or what needs replacing and from there you can decide whether it's better to pay for the repair or purchase a newer unit.
