Hi All
Thanks for your posts here.
@deanr1968, I’m glad to see that everything is working again for you.
@ andylights, I must admit that this is a bit of a strange one especially as it works at the beginning and end but not during the call.
I can see that it is still updating on the server so this isn’t a problem, can you confirm if the handset is set to 3G (WCDMA) Only?
If not, please can you do this and let us know if the issue continues.
@ newgirl, and can see that your Sure Signal hasn’t updated since 12/10/2012, due to this I have re-synced the Sure Signal for you, please can you also perform a reset as detailed below and let me know how you get on.
@ andrews297, I’m glad to see that everything is working again for you.
@ malduncan, so that we can get this looked at for you I have sent you a quick PM, please follow the instructions on the Pm and one of the team will be able to get this checked for you.
You can find your PM inbox here.
@ rosesmith, I can see that your Sure Signal has updated this morning however, I have also re-synced the unit for you, if you are still having issues please perform a reset as detailed below and let us know how you get on.
VSS Factory Reset
Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
Once all lights display release the reset button.
The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.

Hi James, once again .. It's stopped flashing the phone light at the start and end of calls. So back to just 1,2 & 4
I've tried turning of WiFi. Does this force the phone the phone to 3G? I can't see much in the manual on this?
Either way, it makes no difference.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for your posts here.
@ andylights, I am a little confused by your posts.
Can you confirm if light 3 comes on during the call and then goes off after?
If yes, then this is normal and the Sure Signal is working fine.
@ solomos68, please can you verify your serial number as it is showing as invalid on our system.

Hi tonyca
Have you checked our iPhone 5/Sure Signal thread? This contains information about SIM changes and Sure Signals, and whilst it's aimed at iPhone 5 users specifically - they will all have new SIM cards when they upgrade - it's the same steps for any device.
Let us know if this resolves things, and if not we can take a closer look.
Thanks
Dave

Hi Dave,
I saw this but am the only one in the household with a login. Please can you resync as I have been without signal for a day now?
Thanks
Tony

Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
Once all lights display release the reset button.
