As you’ve had a new SIM card,
Please re-set the Vodafone Sure Signal by following the below steps –
Once this has been done, turn your phones off and on again within the location of the device so that it updated the SIM details.
If this still isn’t working, we recommend that you de register and re-register the Vodafone Sure Signal.
Cheers,
Laura

Hi,
Haven't had new sim card, but one of our phones was lost, so blacklisted and sim rendered dead by vodafone.
Got phone back (amazingly) and vodafone have un-blacklisted it and got the sim working again.
However, this phone is now not communicating with the sure signal.
Please would you work your magic. Serial = 40120158825 and it's the handset with the mobile number ending in '712' that is having the problems.
Thank you.

Try removing the number and adding it back on again.
You can see how to do this on our Sure Signal video.
Thanks,
Sarah

Thank you.
However, when I log into my vodafone I can't see the sure signal interface anywhere.
Looks nothing like the video.
I just see an account summary, showing my two phones, then a button to 'manage account'. No link through anywhere to sure signal.

Hi guys,
I’ve re-synced these for you today.
Please complete this by doing a factory reset:
If you’re still having problems after doing this, try changing the administrator to another number, remove your number and wait a few hours and then re-add it. You can then transfer them back into your name.
Thanks,
Jenny
