Hello,
about 6 months ago I planned to leave vodafone (but did not), so I transfer the sure signal box to my wifes account, no problems since.
Last week my wife upgraded her phone and therefore needed a new sim card also. When the phone and sim arrived could not get it to connection to the sure signal box V2. Mine phone full signal and connected.
When I logged on to Vodafone the website had been upgraded and neither account had a sure signal box registered??????????????
So I registered it to my phone account and added friends inc my wife all received a text confirming they had been added. My wifes phone still no signal. I de-registered the box from myself waited then re registered to my wifes account. She now had a full connection and I do not.!!!!!
Tried resetting the box and as explained de/re registering the box.
Looked at the forum for help followed the instruction no sucess.

Sounds like the user tables are all a bit messed up somewhere.
The new phone and sim wasn't an iPhone by chance? I've seen them be very tempramental when keeping a number but changing sim and trying to reconnect to a suresignal.
Not sure if it would work, but i'd try removing all numbers/deregistering the SS.
Factory reset on the unit so it downloads setup info and finds it's no longer registerd.
Re-register the device, and add the other users.
Reset the device again to force a new setup file onto it.
All being well, both of you will then be recognised and able to make calls again

I can see the unit is deregistered at the moment.
Let me know when you've had a chance to register it again after the reset @grolschuk mentioned.

@numpty78 - Have you added the other numbers to the Vodafone Sure Signal dash board that you want to able to use the device?
If you’ve done this, can you let us know what happens when you try and use the other phones?

@numpty78 - Please turn the LG phone off for a few minutes and then back on to see if the signal has returned. Try this in close proximity to your Sure Signal device.
If you're still having problems, visit the phone's network settings and turn off 4G/3G for a few minutes and then back on again. The SIM card should update with the Sure Signal device.
