Good morning
My Sure Signal has stopped overnight and the power light does not come on any more. I have tried different sockets in the house to no avail. There are no faults with the electric supply and the pass through socket works fine in all outlets I tried.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks
Paul

Dear Tech Team,
I am having the same problem with my sure signal version 2 for the last 2 days. Could you please look into it as a matter of urgency. It's really affecting my work as I have very poor signals at home otherwise. I have also tried all sorts of things without any success. Its serial number is: 40120937475
Thanks in anticipation...

Hi Guys,
Thanks for your posts.
@ Sanj – Can you confirm if you have any lights showing on your Sure Signal and which lights are showing?
Please can you also try a factory reset to see if this establishes a connection?
@ PVerhaak – I’m glad you’re back up and running.
I’m not sure what caused this as it could have been a problem with the internet connection or event the Sure signal not connecting to the server properly.
If this happens again, a factory reset will normally sort it out.
Reset your Sure Signal:
For versions 1 and 2:
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button
For version 3:
-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.

Hi Sanj,
If you don’t even get a power light showing on the Sure Signal, it means that it's faulty.
If this is less than two years old, you can arrange a free warranty repair.
