Sure signal v3 and HomeHub 5 not working

Hello,

Would be great to get some help from an advisor. I have a solid red light on my v3 sure signal, and a flashing white light. No other lights. Please could I get some help getting it up and running?

Please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue.  It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the issue you are experiencing

I think I've read previous posts on the eforum where the sure signal device doesn't sometimes like to work with BT hubs. 

Perhaps perform a search watch to see if you can bring up last threads which may hold some advice and tips.
