Sure signal v3 stopped working, users light hardly ever comes on

It worked great for a few months, all three lights on all of the time.
Then the users light was intermittent for a while now it hardy ever comes on
Any ideas?

Solved.

I logged on put an item in my basket, removed it so chat started.

They transferred me to another person, Graham.

My device was not registered, so Graham registered it & its working.

Time will tell as its only been on for 10 mins!

I did register it before but I dont know how or why it became un registered
