Sure signal v3 stopped working

Hi all,
I've had a Sure Signal v3 for about 4 months, and it has worked pretty consistently. Every few weeks it has gone on the blink, but unplugging it and plugging it back in has always sorted it. About three days ago, it stopped working completely, with just the solid red power light and no other light at all. There have been no changes to my internet router, and my internet has carried on working as normal. I've tried unplugging and plugging it back in, and until tonight this has made no difference. However, tonight I have tried once again to unplug everything, and for some reason I have now progressed to a flashing red power light, and the other two lights solid orange. As the sure signal has worked previously, and nothing has changed on my internet settings, I presume it is not a problem with my router. Any ideas? I gave checked registration on my Vodafone account online, and nothing seems to have changed. Thanks

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
