@sb78 We've checked the status of your Sure Signal and can see that it recently updated this morning. 

If you're still experiencing trouble, you'll need to test your Sure Signal in a different location. If the Sure Signal still fails to connect you'll need to retest it at your home. 

If the location test doesn't obtain a connection and your Sure Signal is still within it's 12 month warranty, you'll need to look into our repairs process.
