Swapped from sky to bt broadband, sure signal wont work on new providor, what do i do

You need to deregister the device. Leave it for 24 hours and reregister.
If problems persists, live chat will help.

Thanks for reply. Have deregistered and re registered twice and spent many hours with live chat and on phone. I am whitelisted for my ip address. Sure signal worked great up to swapping prividors a month ago, gave up for a bit as so frustrated but signal has got poor again and need it running . It is a version 3 only bought in August 2016
