Sure signal ??

On the vodafone app it says im connected to a sure signal When i try to slide the bar to off it says theres been an error and im unable to turn it off ,, why is this?? I havnt purchased a sure signal box ?

You’ll only be connected to a Sure Signal, if your number has been added to one. In which case, you’ll have received a text to confirm this.

Can you provide a screenshot of what the message looks like? (Don’t forget to remove any personal details).
