I've  registered a friend to my sure signal box,how do they connect?

Once you have registered the number to your Sure Signal, it can take up to 24 hours to start working. You will need to ensure WiFi is switched off.

If it doesn't work, I would try the usual troubleshooting steps of restarting the phone and the Sure Signal before contacting Technical Support.

Has your friend tried to make calls connected to the Sure Signal?

When a call is made on the Sure Signal, you'll see this on the lights on the Sure Signal itself.

Check on the administration tool that the number in question is now showing.
