Would you please try a RESYNC. My SureSignal 1 has not been working since last week, I've tried everything from reset to changed power supply but nothing has worked.
---------------------------------------------TEMPLATE--------------------------------------------
The issue you’re experiencing:
I have a Suresignal 1 which is not broadcasting a signal
I have attempted full reset several times but after initial sequence of flashing lights it always settles to 1&2 on and 3&4 off
What light sequence you're seeing:
1&2 solid 3&4 off for significant period then cycles through 'reset sequence'

Hi Amanda,
I performed the reset last night at around 23:00 as requested 6+ hrs after your post. This morning, however, my SureSignal is still not working and continues to run through the sequence previously described. What should I do next ?

@andylaws - Your Sure Signal last connected to our servers this morning. Please try restarting your phone to see if it then connects.
If this doesn’t work, please check that your Sure Signal has been assigned an internal IP address by your router:
The Sure Signal must be assigned an internal IP address by your router. If your router supports DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), this must be enabled as doing so will enable the router to assign an IP address to your Sure Signal automatically.
For more instructions on how to do this, please check your router manual or contact your ISP or router manufacturer.
If your router or network configuration doesn’t allow DHCP, you’ll need to assign a static IP address to your Sure Signal's MAC Address by using your router's configuration panel. Please contact your ISP or router manufacturer for instructions on how to do this. The MAC address can be found on the sticker at the back of the Sure Signal.
