The sure signal is showing a solid power light after power on, but no further activity or lights after the initial flash through the four lights followed some time later by light four flashing for about a minute.. Tried the reset procedure, tried removing then re-adding the SS to my account. Network has not changed at my end, SS ethernet port lights flashing with data. Rebooted router etc. Also changed power supply - no change
Can Vodadone reset the box or advise please. Number is 21221753862

I believe the Texh Team can ReSync your Sure Signal and I'm sure once they see your post here they'll try to help.
To note the Sure Signal Device comes with a 24 month warranty.

I've done a resync of your Sure Signal.
Please leave it for 24 hours then reset the device.
It may take up to one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.
