SureSignal Problem

Flashing Red light and two steady orange lights.

Had this fault for over a week now and despite numerous calls to Virginmedia and Vodafone no one seems able to solve it.

I have tried all the usual power off and resets and set up the portforwarding as sent to me by vodafone.

There was an announcement on the forum that this issue was going to be fixed last Sunday.  Well it is still there and by no means is it a suresignal!
