To be honest I don't believe the problem is anything to do with the (TalkTalk Huawei HG533) router that I have. It was all working fine until about 6 weeks ago and then it stopped working. Nothing changed in the router.
The only other router I can try it with happens to be a Virgin SuperHub and I can't mess with the settings on it.
I conclude that my Vodafone SureSignal is broken. What happens now?
