Hello,
I've recently upgraded my network to 4G - my SureSignal appears no longer works. I've hit the reset button and power cycled but no change. My partners phone on 3G is still OK. ny solutions please?

Hi Golfcity,
Is it just the priceplan you've changed or have you also had a new SIM card?
If you've had a new SIM you'll need to deregister your number from the Sure Signal for an hour and then re-register. If you haven't had a new SIM can you let us know if it works when you turn 4G off?
Please also supply your Sure Signal serial number.
