Sure Signal Problem after Sim Swap

I have just upgraded to a Iphone 6 from Iphone 4S, which ment I had to get a Nano Sim and preform a SimSwap. While the phone works fine I am unable to connect to Sure Signal, I have tried a Hard Reset but no luck.

Can you help?

Hi @pgrady54,

Please deregister the Sure Signal and then re-register it after 6 hours.

This will ensure that the Sure Signal picks up your new SIM card.
