Hi,
I'm having some problems with the location of my SureSignal after moving house. I've contacted Support with my new postcode and it's been changed but the location is wrong still. Initially it was showing as Portsmouth but now somewhere in France!!! My actual postcode is Tavistock, Devon. Any help with this would be much appreciated!!

2. External IP: 87.115.66.47
3. Serial number of SureSignal: 40132732161
My new (correct) postcode is PL19 9NR (Peter Tavy, Tavistock)
The reported location was Birmingham this morning!!!
