Hi,
Can anyone help? My suresignal has been working fine up until this week until I swapped out my phone and got a new SIM card (same mobile number).
The SureSignal looks fine all three lights are on and the phone has got signal but I can not make or receive calls. When I try and call anumber I get a "Not registered on network" message.
Any help greatfully appreciated
Andy

Hello @aw378
When a sim swap has been undertaken it's suggested to de register your number for 24 hours and then re register the number.
As per message 2 in https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Sure-signal-not-connecting-after-sim-swap/m-p/2...

Thanks, I can't get onto MyVodafone to sort out. It won't log me in even after resetting my password. Very frustrating

There was a recent issue where people were having issues logging onto their Sure Signal Dashboard.

@aw378 Please can you let us know if you're still having trouble?
If you are, can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?
