When will this be fixed? 9/10 I add users I get this message. 

It's not the network, not the browser, not the PC, not the weather.

Well will Vodafone hire webdevs who know how to code a website that works ##~##!

Totally appreciate the frustration you must be feeling with this. I've seen a few recent threads around the similar issue. 

 

May i ask if customer service via 191 or Live Chat have been able to help or if they can add the number for you ?

Live chat said he was confirming my account details, disappeared for nearly 10 mins, so I gave up.
Haven't got time to call VF, too much work on. I have several SSignals with several users. I need the website to work.

 

I agree it should 'just work'

 

Vodafone Tech Teams help out on the eforum so one should see your thread ,and see if they can help and guide you further.
