Suresignal V2 2 lights constantly flashing - not connecting after moving house

Hi - had Suresignal v2 working for years - just moved house and using new router (nowtv unit). I have opened the ports and and updated the vodafone website with new postcode.

Still getting 2 white flashing lights and no connection.

Can you please check at your end as it seems from previous posts that a resynch can sometimes work.
