Hi,
My suresignal stopped working a few weeks ago due to a psu issue. The psu is now fixed and i've re-registered the suresignal but it's showing pending active, has a solid power light but both the system and signal lights are flashing together and it won't let me add users, how can i fix this?
My serial is 40114219567.

@KathrynC13 I've checked your Sure Signal via the serial number you've given and can see it was activated earlier this morning.
It usually takes less than an hour to connect in most cases, however some times it can take up to 24 hours.
If you're still having trouble after 24 hours have passed, please try the steps in our Network Troubleshooting thread.
You'll then need to post the template with your answers here and I'll have a member of the team get back to you as soon as possible.

@KathrynC13 I've taken a look at your serial number and can see your Vodafone Sure Signal hasn't made contact with our server in a long period of time.
I've resynced your device to force it to update the services on our server in order for it to start working again.
Please allow 6 hours to pass before resetting your device.

Hi, my suresignal is still just flashing on and off constantly, and we still have no signal

@KathrynC13 Please can you confirm the light sequence you're getting on your Sure Signal?
If you could also please confirm your upload and download speeds from your ISP (internet service provider).
Lastly, we'd like to ask you to try a replacement Ethernet cable, so we can rule out there being any issues with your current one.
