Neither of the two phones I have registered to it are picking up signals.
I have a solid power light, solid circle with orbiting arrow, solid circle with staircase but no other lights.
Bit of a pain in this weather having to go outside to make and receive phone calls.

You got one thing right.
Completely patronising. Iphone 5 and HTC One both fine with 3G until the VSS stopped working.
How about you try and re-synch it? (Wouldn't want to patronise you by telling you your job. ######)

Hi Slatz,
As Wayne said, it’s worth checking everything as sometimes small things can be overlooked.
I’ve re-synced this for you today. Please perform a factory reset as follows to complete this:
-Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
-Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
-Once all lights display release the reset button.
The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.
