Suresignal catches fire

My suresignal started smoking then failed. Its out of warranty but its very worrying. It looks like the transformer on the switched mode power supply over heated. Please note the scorch marks on the capacitor and plastic insulating sheet.

Please take photos of both the outside, especially the external scorch marks and you can, open it up and again take photos of the PCB and internally damaged components.
