SInce phones upgraded to iphone 6s we have no sure signal usage. Have de registered left for 24 hours then re registered and still no use. Lights 1,2 and 4 all on but no light 3 as wont connect.
Need help to fix asap

Suresignal worked and now has stopped working again - can someone check your end to see if all connected corretly as per before

@greenfg I can see you've recently reregistered your Vodafone Sure Signal, and it's showing as it's made a connection on 02 September 2016.
Please can you let me know if you're still having trouble?

I've just performed a resync on your Sure Signal from our end again.
Once 6 hours has passed, please complete this by doing a factory reset:

@greenfg Please can you confirm if the light displayed is either the power icon, strengh bar or mobile icon?

This usually means there's a fault with the Sure Signal it's self.
