My suresignal stopped working when I plugged into my router via a switch instead of directly to the router.

Tried putting it back to what it was like before, but that's not worked either.

Solid orange number 4 light (is use light)

Flashing power light.

My current external IP is 90.252.148.125

My current internet speed is attached as the image

Suresignal number is:

@himaro Thanks for providing us with these details.

It sounds like this is an issue with your physical connection - please ensure that your ethernet cable is plugged into port one and reboot your router

If you continue to experience issues, please try a different ethernet cable.

Please keep us updated with how you get on.

I'll try a different cable tonight.

The tracert does show it exiting my network though and I am a vodafone broadband customer. It would be nice if this sort of thing was integrated into my vodafone router to be honest....

Thanks @himaro, let us know if this works for you :Smiling:

Different cable did bring it back, however it no longer recognises my phone.

I've recently upgraded and have a new sim card but still the same number.

It would be nice if these had a proper web user interface to log into...

@himaro - Please remove your number from your Sure Signal account, wait 24 hours and then re add it.

If the number in question is the owner on your account, you’ll need to change one of the other numbers to the owner.  After 24 hours, please add it back and turn your phones off and on.

If the number is the only one on the account, you’ll need to de-register the Sure Signal and then wait 24 hours before re-registering it.

Once you've done the above, please follow these steps:

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.
