Hi, I had a new suresignal set up over the phone last week. All working correctly but I now don't have a link in My Vodafone to administer it. Any idea why this is?

Does the option appear under 'Account settings' when using a different browser and after clearing your cache and cookies @billywhizz1957?

No, nothing there. I've cleared history etc and tried it on 3 different PC's and browsers. Did the live chat and they can see it but I can't! Even been into a retail store and it just doesn't show with my login...
