SureSignal 3 Stopped Working

SureSignal has been working just fine since I got it 3 years ago. All of a sudden this morning, it just went off. It's like the power went off; no lights, nothing, and it's now gone cold. I've tried it in different power sockets and still no signs of life. I've tried the reset button, for 5 secs, and for 10 secs, still nothing. What can I do to resurrect it, as I have zero mobile coverage for all my business calls?

Your SureSignal has suffered a well documented catastrophic internal failure due to bad design and poor components used in manufacturing.

 

Immediately remove from the power socket. You are entitled to a free replacement regardless of Warranty status and age as Vodafone agreed with Trading Standards to replace any failed SS3 device without quibble.

 

Please report this device failing to Trading Standards using details below and contact Vodafone in order to obtain a replacement.

 

Depending on the method of contract you may at first be refused,  please refer any Vodafone representative to page one of the thread below where acting CEO confirmed in writing a replacement scheme.

 

This scheme however is a shambles and you will probably have more success here than phone or chat.

 

Drop a line if you have any issues or refusal and replacement should be without any further commitment on your part such a bribery into contract renewal or contribution to the cost.
