UNit started smoking and tripped out house electrics and Vodafone do not seem interested at all

Do you have a V3 Sure Signal device @KEITHLW ?

 

If so use the information on page 1 of this Sure Signal Thread > Vodafone-Sure-Signal/Suresignal-V3-Overheated-Blew-Up-Exploded-Hot-Burnt-out-amp-Dead.

 

Please Note : As the Sure Signal displays signs of internal failure / no lights then unplug it straightaway and contact Vodafone Customer Services.

 

Refer Customer Services on 191 to the link and point out that even though the Sure Signal comes with a 24 Month Manufacturing Warranty Vodafone are still replacing Sure Signals Devices v3 even if the Manufacturing Warranty has expired.

If not,  please do so using the details below. You are entitled to a free replacement as per details on the thread BoB has given earlier.

 

Ensure you get a free replacement regardless of Warranty status and it's age and without any obligation from you such as contract renewal.
