Switching sim only contract

Hi

 

Anyone else had problems changing  their sim only plan ?? I am absolutely fed up if chasing my problem round - 5 weeks it's been now and after half a dozen phone calls I finally get an answer as to why the change hasn't taken place. 

 

In a nut shell I got my daughter a sim only contract in June. the last bill I had she had considerably gone over her data allowance if 1gb. I think it's something to do with her iPhone she was using. at beginning of November I called up about the charges. Vodafone very kindly credited the extra usage back to me and offered me an upgrade to more data to prevent such happening again.  I asked if I could upgrade to a handset as I was sure it was the iPhone and was told no as in a contract. fair enough they offer even me a good package at half price but the plan has never reflected on my daughters phone. everyone I call someone says the ordered hadn't completed they will reinput it and it will definitely reflect within 24hrs so here we are 5 weeks later still on the old plan only to be told today that I can only upgrade it to a 24 month handset plan not another sim only plan.

 

Absolutely infuriated as tgis is whay i aske for in first place and  as I've been and bought a new phone for Xmas now.

 

I've had to turn her data off to prevent ridiculous charges happening again so we're  not even getting what we pay for now. all I want is the deal we were offered which no one can give me 

 

I can't even find where to send a complaint to. surely more than one person at Vodafone knows this? right ? ? its their job!!! 

 

I've been with Vodafone years I run the NHS contract at work with them always backed them up when people bad mouth their service as up until now I've never had a problem. 

 

Any advice what next step is offcom maybe ? ?

Vodafone are saying I can't have a better aim only plan. It was them that offered me unlimited min unlimited texts and 4gb data instead of 1000 min unlimited text and 1 gb data. Obviously I'd be paying more for the upgrade.

On problem with a phone contract is that I've aleady bought a phone after been refused this initially. The guy I spoke to in upgrades and tariff migration even refused to offer me anything discounted!! I asked to speak to someone more senior but he point blank refused.

I win definitely be looking else where on renewal goes for home phone number broadband too. Why should they have all my business when they cant/won't solve a simple request !! And as for NHS contract lmao whoops Vodafone! !!!
