...all is forgiven!
Having left Vodafone earlier this month for another network. I think it's safe to say that the grass isn't greener.
They've been fine whilst in the UK however I'm currently in Greece and things well... aren't going so great.
Firstly, no free roaming (till June anyway) so I manged to spend £4.28 in three hours after arriving (never happened with Vodafone).
Secondly, despite the fact I deactivated the voicemail service, it's suddenly re-activated itself and no matter what I do, won't de-activate.
So my callers are getting sent to voicemail if I don't answer on time or if the network coverage is patchy (Vodafone Greece has great coverage in my house however my UK network doesn't allow access to it).
I've had my first experience of customer care this morning who haven't understood the problem and have simply told me that I need to cancel voicemail in the UK (despite telling them 100 times I already did).
So I think the above has made me see the light, so can I come back? I don't think my account is fully closed yet (my spotify still works and I haven't had a final bill), if so, are any of the deals that were discussed before I left still on the table or do I need to take a new customer deal (I'm looking at sim only again).
Either way... I'm a comin' back!

@donnyguy sorry to hear you've had a back experience. Depending on how you left Vodafone will depend on what you need to do to come back. If you left using a PAC code to keep your number then you'll probably need to request one from your new network which you can then give back to Vodafone. If you took out a new account with your
If you took out a new account and number with your new provider then your old Vodafone account may still be there in which case contacting the retention team through customer service will probably be the route to take.
Hope that makes sense?
