Hi there I was just wondering if anybody can help me I've recently joined Vodafone and I have another phone with Vodafone but it's in my mum's name at the moment and I would like to switch that one to my name as Well but the transfer of ownership team are saying that I need to wait till July to pass another credit check but when I log in to my Vodafone account and go to my offers it's giving me the option to take out another line does that mean if I call Vodafone again they will actually let me do it this time?

Vodafone have a three month payment rule, that means before being able to take out an additional line, you have to make three months clear payments.
A further option would be for your Mother to contact Vodafone and ask them to split the contract, the contract would still be in your Mother's name but that would give you control over the online account with the payments coming from your bank account. After three months, your Mother would be able to contact Vodafone again to request a Change of Ownership. With the contract having been split, you are more likely to meet criteria.
