Terminate Bill Pay Contract Early

Hi, I'm on a bill pay contract with Vodafone and have about 7 months remaining. I was wondering if it's possible to terminate the contract early, as I've had nothing but problems every month being charged for data even though I've opted into the data cap, which isn't working. I'd ideally like to switch to a different network also.

Is it possible to terminate a bill pay contract early and leave Vodafone?

I am slightly confused about the data cap.  If you mean the roaming data cap, unless you opted out of the cap, this should have been on your account.
