The Good, The Bad and The Vodafone.

Well after trying for 2 weeks to get assistance from CS (Who only knows about wifi settings) and Tech2 (who has Ceased my Line without Notice Today)  My short time here with Vodafone has come to an end. (Party Time :))

I am pleased TBH because Support (Or Lack Of) with Vodafone is a Disgrace.

So many topics posted here with issues which dont really get resolved.

My Home Phone has been Disconnected  without any notification at all.

That was the last straw for me.

Off to Plusnet for me. I explained to Plusnet about the poor service with Vodafone.

I also explained that I have a Child which is under the Hospital so I need my Home Phone and they are sorting that out for me Monday and I will be re-connected. (Thats what you call service and they didnt even ask me about wifi settings)

I wish all of you with issues with Vodafone a successful resolution with the problems you are facing. (Probably won't happen so Run Away if within the 30 Days)

Yes Plusnet are a little more expensive but the support outweighs the cost.
