Top-up Online

Feel stupid asking about this, but I can't top up my Mobile Connect Lite dongle online (I want to pay by credit card). I've registered successfully and activated top-up online but when I click on the top-up link, all I get is the demo.

I'm sure there's a simple answer to this - feel free to call me an idiot but someone please let me know what it is!
