Topping Up Online?

A few days ago I bought a TopUp and Go Mobile Broadband USB modem. I have opened a Vodaphone account so that I can purchase the £15 top-ups online by debit card. The problem is that the instruction booklet that comes with the modem bares no resemblence with what actually happend when on the Vodaphone website <_< . So, I can find where to register my bank details to enable me to top-up :wacko: . I'm finding the vodaphone website very confusing and really not user freindly.

Any advice or suggestions please?

Welcome to the eForum :D Have no fear we'll have your Broadband up and running in no time! I'm assuming you've managed to register with the Vodafone My Account services so far? When you log in if you click on My Profile this will allow you to change any personal details and your card details :)

If you're still having problems don't worry, I've sent you an email to the address you registered with on the forum. If you reply back we can gain access to the account and help you out from this end. Keep us posted.
