It looks promising if you've received some communication. 

 

We are fellow customers here like you with no account access. You should be able to track it via the information supplied by Vodafone. Have you tried again ?

 

Failing that Customer service woukd be able to officially confirm.

Live Chat Option is found in the 'Contact Us' Link at the foot of the forum page. Please use a Computer to use this service. You may need to leave the Live Chat window page open a short time for Live Chat to initialise and for an Agent to become available. By using Live Chat you can also keep the chat logs. If you use a phone to try and access Live Chat then if possible request the desktop site on your phone.

"You can use your order number from the order emails we sent you to track your order online" from the FAQs link I posted earlier. 

 

Check your inbox and trash / spam inboxes for emails from Vodafone.

The email i recieved doesnt have that number in only my account number in the email but not a 16 digit code and the text tells me to be in the house from 800am to 6 pm

The email may follow a short time after the order is raised and is moved to despatch stage. 

 

If it does not come through soon I'd suggest speaking to Customer service for assistance.
