Transfer Sure Signal ownership

My Sure Signal is registered to an old account, how can I transfer the registration to another Vodafone number in the household when I can no longer access the account it was registered to which is where a transfer needs to be activated from?

Hi @NJBrearley 

If your Sure Signal is still live, you can de-register it via My Vodafone.

If you then leave it for four to five hours, your wife will be able to register it with her own details.
