Transfer Sure Signal ownership

My Sure Signal is registered to an old account, how can I transfer the registration to another Vodafone number in the household when I can no longer access the account it was registered to which is where a transfer needs to be activated from?

Hi. Me Again, and more issues with my Suresignal.

After 12 plus years as a Vodafone customer, I've finally been convinced by the wife to move elsewhere. The number porting went fine, and as of a couple of weeks ago we left Vodafone.

Only this morning I looked under my office desk and saw my suresignal blinking away at me, I'd forgotten to deregister it and disconnect it before the accounts were closed.

Can someone help me deregister my Suresignal please?

Hi.I also need to transfer ownership of an old sure signal that belonged to my stepson who no longer has a Vodafone account. I have the serial number but the,methods of contacting Vodafone are particularly challenging it seems.

If someone could help me with this issue it may preserve my sanity.

I've done that, gave them the serial number, still doesn't work. I suspect it may have gone dormant as it's been unused for 2 years at least, I just wish someone could look it up on the system and let me know if I'm wasting my time!

Looking at the serial number our end, this unit is indeed inactive.

We only have a finite number of licenses to run Sure Signal. After 3 months, unused units are suspended. After 12 months, any unused units are removed from registration. You can find full details in the Ts&Cs for the device.

My girlfreind and I are in the same situation (i.e. Sure Signal has been inactive over a year, so will be deregistered, and we don't have the login details for the previous account holder as they no longer live at the house and are not contactable).

How can we get the Sure Signal transferred and re-registered?

You are going to have to contact the person who had the device registered to their account about the deregistering.

Due to all the data protection regulations, the instruction will need to come from the original account holder.
