Hi,
I no longer have a vodafone account but wish to transfer my VSS box to a family member.
How can I do this without having an account to login to?

Hi there
Normally you would just deregister the SureSignal device within My Account. If you no longer have a My Account due to having left Vodafone, then please wait for the eForum Team to assist you. They'll be along as soon as they can to drop you a Private Message

Hi TonyDalton,
It doesn't matter that you don't have an online account anymore - as long as we can prove it was connected to your online account we can sort this out :smileywink:
We'll need to access your old Vodafone account to do this so I've sent you a PM with instructions on how to contact the team, follow these and we'll be in touch as soon as we can - please include as much info as you can in your email, especially the number that was connected to Vodafone.
